Being a teenager anymore is getting to be tough! You have to keep up with school, social life, and of course your health! With more and more teens looking at celebrities for inspiration it seems as though there is a healthy new trend breaking through! Having six pack abs used to be a thing only seen in bodybuilders as well as jocks. But more and more teens your age are getting into this new obsession. Every teenaged guy wants a six pack, but few go to achieve this physical prowess. Now this can be for a number of reasons, most are just too lazy or busy to worry about having the perfect beach body! But it’s not even that hard for a teen to get six pack abs! Especially for teenaged guys! Put your hormones to work for once and get the body you’ve all ways dreamed of!

The hormones that constantly flow through your veins are what many body builders across the world are looking for! See it’s natural for a teen to have a ton of hormones but as you age your body doesn’t produce as many. This can make acquiring a great looking six pack extremely easy!

For a teen guy to great a great set of six pack abs, all they have to do are simple ab workouts! Just a couple times a week. The results will begin to show after only several times of working them out! This is because of the hormones we talked about before. Each time you workout while you’re still in the teen phase, you’ll notice that you’ll quickly stack on the muscle! Another big thing for teens to pay attention to is that you need to keep up with the work outs. If you stop doing them, then over a couple weeks they’ll start to fade away into flab! It’s really not that hard at all! After about four and a half months, my stomach began to tighten up. So much in fact that I have a nicely sculpted set of six pack abs. Now I’m not trying to brag, but I did this in senior year of high school and ever since that day I started, I’ve had a great looking stomach.

Lie on your back and bring your knees up and bend them, almost like you’re sitting on a chair that’s on the ground. Then place your finger tips on the side of your neck. Slowly bring your chest to your knees and hold it there for five seconds. Then go back to the starting position paying close attention not to rest your back on the floor again. Keeping your back elevated about an inch off of the ground at all times is a fantastic way to improve your workout. Just do this exercise whenever you get about fifteen to twenty minutes of down time. Before you know it you’ll be ripped with the finest six pack abs that you’ve ever seen!

So you want to get a set of those Six Pack Abs you see advertised. It is not as easy as it might seem but you can do it. It takes a lot of work and if you are not already set up with a great mid section by genetics you are going to have to work harder. It will take a combination of good eating habits and the right combination of exercises to target the right muscles to get the results you want.

No matter how hard you workout, you will never see the results of that hard work unless you reduce the layer of fat that covers your abominable muscles. For some, that alone can be a difficult undertaking because that area can be the hardest to reduce. The thinner the layer over the abs, the more muscle definition will show through. It is not the purpose of this article to cover dieting tips, but you will need to reduce your body fat level.

An aerobic routine will need to be done to burn calories. It can be done by running, Stair climbing or elliptical machines, biking or any combination of different things. If you are already in pretty good shape you can turn up the heat with the aerobics, but if you are just beginning, take it easy and gradually work your way up. As for the ab workouts, there are many exercises that can be done to target the muscles from different angles. You can not do just crunches and call it quits. You need to do some exercises with many reps to doing exercises that are from one to five reps. You need to target the Obliques along the outsides of the abs along with the upper and lower abs.

The Oblique muscles can be worked doing exercises that have a twisting motion to them or doing side crunches. The lower abs can be targeted doing Hip raising, Hanging Leg Raises and Reverse Crunches. The upper abs can be worked doing the Basic Crunch and Decline Crunch. These are just a few of the many choices of exercises you can do, a little research will reveal a lot of info.

Your success is only as achievable as your motivation allows. Remember, you need to reduce your over all Body Fat Level, and work hard to develop those abdominal muscles. Body Builders go to great lengths to cut their body fat to prepare for completion after having gone through a bulking phase. Those of us that are not that gifted can still achieve the results we want, you just have to work hard at it.

Not that I've been paying attention.

It's an entertaining romp that pokes fun at some of the more hilarious aspects of the Twilight Saga, including…well, just about everything.

I'd love to see this turned into a real 8-bit game. My only complaint is that every vote for Team Jacob ends with a game over screen. Not fair!

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse trailer will debut in front of Remember Me on March 12th. The first Twilight: Eclipse trailer will be a Robert Pattinson asset as it will probably help the draw for his first major release since Twilight became a huge hit. Remember Me is a different kind of love story for actor Pattinson and will show whether or not he can lead a film that isn't about vampires and werewolves. But there is obviously going to be a lot of tie-ins between the Twilight franchise and Remember Me, beginning on the first night when the first viewings of the Eclipse trailer will start to take place. It could turn out to be a really smart move by the production company.

Summit Entertainment made the smart decision to cast one of its biggest assets in Remember Me, and though the film may have slipped under the radar for many theater goers, it is a hot topic for Pattinson fans all around the world. Summit Entertainment knew they could create another film to build off of the Twilight buzz that Pattinson has been getting in recent years. Lost fans will recognize actress Emilie de Ravin as the love interest in the film, and it is also good to see her stretch her acting talents as well. The ultimate question though, will be whether the film can stand on its own, or if it turns out that the only reason its gets good box office receipts are the tie-ins to Twilight.

So can the combination of a new Robert Pattinson movie and the premiere of the Twilight: Eclipse trailer lead to an increase in box office revenues for Remember Me? It isn't the first time that a movie has tried to create more buzz for itself by playing a trailer that everyone wanted to see. When the new Star Wars trilogy was getting released, the first trailer was announced to be showing in front of a movie, and people bought tickets just to go see the trailer and then leave the theater. That probably won't happen here because fans will want to see Pattinson in another type of love story, but it is the same concept of getting people through the door.

Twilight Eclipse Pictures Finally Here to See

The new pictures are out for the movie Twilight Eclipse and the cast is all in the woods. Edward and his family along with Bella. They are still at it with that longing gaze, you know the one that gives you butterflies as you watch Bella and Edward try to get closer. I think that gaze is one of the sexiest things I have ever seen in a movie. Those two are so good at it.

Twilight Saga has to Be One of The Sexiest Movies Made in Decades

In the day and age when sex sells, this picture has more sex appeal than anything made for the silver screen. It is not only the longing gaze that Bella and Edward have perfected, but the soft inhabited and cautioned touches. You can see the power of longing once again, being held back.

Twilight Was Better Than Twilight Full Moon. Although Twilight Full Moon Gave Us the History We Needed to Know to Understand the Movie Series

The first movie was better than the second, for me anyway because Edward was not in it as much as I would have liked to seen. Now that he has asked Bella to marry him, the third movie should really hold our interest.

Fourth Twilight Series Book To Be Released in June

A fourth book in the saga is being released in June, so you know the Twilight series movies will not end with Eclipse. The second movie was a better venue for giving us background information so we could better understand what was going on through the history we learned about.

Ordinarily, movies such as the one in the Twilight series is something I would not go near. Vampires and werewolf's were just not something that would interest me. Although the people in this movie are vampires and werewolf's, it is not what the movie is about. It is the Romeo and Juliet for this time in history. The forbidden love and dangers are all very similar to the cast of Shakespeare's play.

The vampire and werewolf adds an extra visual and explains the reason superpowers are there and needed, but it all boils down to one of the best love stories ever written.

Twilight is a Series of Movies for All Ages

I could understand the young girls in line overnight to see this movie, what I did not understand were their mothers in their 30's and 40's making as big of a fuss over the second movie coming out. I thought that was a little played up. I was wrong, and although I would not stand in a line overnight to see the movie, I will see the new Eclipse as soon as I can. It has that big of a draw to it for me.

Look at the pictures and imagine what will be happening in the next movie, Eclipse. It is good to see the family together still!

This news is slightly ridiculous, sure, but it does make financial sense. The Twilight movies have always been huge moneymakers (the first Twilight grossed over $190 million domestically, and New Moon added another $100 million to that number with a $290 million intake), and based on the current track record of Eclipse ($175 million in its first week of release), it doesn’t look like the studios have much to worry about with the final two entries in the series. And it’s not like the cast wasn’t an integral part of these films’ success. All three leads have served the franchise very well in bringing in viewers, with Stewart appropriately filling the role of a blank slate in which young girls can envision themselves, and the competing love interests of male hotties Pattinson and Lautner being the reason why they’d want to. Andrew Garfield, meanwhile, is completely unknown to mainstream audiences, and is not likely to draw in many viewers when Spider-Man hits theaters. Hollywood isn’t paying these actors relative to their acting ability; they’re paying them relative to their box office draw.

It’s unfortunate, but sensible.

Even so, the amount they’re getting paid seems pretty extreme. Summit had an amazing thing going with the Twilight franchise’s budget to gross ratio, with all three films costing less than $70 million to make. Now, the actor salaries alone exceed that.

At a whopping $25 million each (not counting what they’re earning in addition), the three young actors are already among the highest paid of all time. They’re comparable even to the Harry Potter cast, who had previously earned that same title following the most recent Potter outings. Emma Watson commanded $15 million each on the last two released films, and Daniel Radcliffe reportedly made around $50 million for the upcoming Deathly Hallows films.

Let that sink in a moment. These kids are still in their early 20s, and they’ve already made more than any of us will make our whole lives. Depressing, isn’t it?

The story of “Twilight” movies setting records feels about as fresh as a 100-year-old vampire, but here it is anyway: “Eclipse” not only set a record as the year’s top advance ticket-seller, but Deadline.com is reporting that it’s also the biggest domestic release in Tinseltown’s history.

While logically we know this probably would’ve happened regardless of what critics said of the film – honestly, Roger Ebert could type “abcdefg” and “Eclipse” tickets would still represent 91 percent of Fandango.com’s sales today – but we’re curious if the surprisingly positive reviews have had an impact on the anticipation for the film.

When the second installment of Stephenie Meyer’s saga, “New Moon,” released, film reviewers were ruthless.

But "Eclipse" – thanks in large part, it seems, to director David Slade ("Hard Candy"; "30 Days of Night")– just may be a movie non-fans can sink our teeth into, courtesy of some much-needed tongue-in-cheek humor and a quickened pace.

New York Times: “‘Eclipse,’ directed by David Slade, is a more robustly entertaining film than either of its predecessors….What there isn’t, as usual, is much in the way of good acting, with the decisive and impressive exception of Ms. Stewart, who can carry a close-up about as well as anyone in movies today. Mr. Lautner still seems to have recently escaped from a high school cheerleading squad somewhere, and Mr. Pattinson’s pout conveys not the existential angst of a lovelorn immortal, but rather the peevishness of a guy who just lost a Greta Garbo lookalike contest — for the third time in a row! — to his own girlfriend.”

Roger Ebert: "The movie contains violence and death, but not really very much. For most of its languorous running time, it listens to conversations between Bella and Edward, Bella and Jacob, Edward and Jacob, and Edward and Bella and Jacob. This would play better if any of them were clever conversationalists, but their ideas are limited to simplistic renderings of their desires."

If you have been living under a rock then the 'Twilight Saga' Eclipse would not be on your list of things to see or do in summer 2010. But, for those who have followed the 'Twilight' movie from its debut and to the sequel 'Twilight New Moon then brace yourself as the third installment is only weeks away. The release of the third installment sees lead character Bella torn between the love of her life Edward Cullen portrayed by Pattinson and BFF portrayed by Lautner. “The Twilight Saga, “Eclipse” will be in a theater near you so see your local listing for more detail and ticket information. Bella is under peer pressure in making a choice between her life's love, Edward and her friend, Jacob who loves her even more than his own life.
